Our Soccer Program is designed for homeschool students aged 5-18, offering engaging physical activities that promote health, fitness, and social skills in a fun environment. The program focuses on developing coordination, balance, running, agility, and self-esteem while fostering character, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship. Individual sessions last 60 minutes, while group sessions are 50 minutes, with options available 1 or 2 times per week. Both individual and group training are offered, led by a former professional soccer player. The program includes all necessary equipment and provides structured training sessions that encourage teamwork, skill development, and personal growth.

Division A (Ages 5-7)
Our Division A training teaches the fundamentals of soccer skills. This age group will focus on coordination, balance, teamwork, skill building, and self-confidence. This class is designed as an introduction to the fundamentals of soccer skills while focusing on motor skill development, balance, and coordination. Students develop core skills in a fun and engaging way of learning. This curriculum also focuses on learning how to kick and shoot the ball through fun and engaging playful games.
Division B (Ages 8-13)
Our Division B training program is designed for players of all skill levels, with a focus on advancing technical soccer skills and coordination. This energetic curriculum is aimed at enhancing dexterity in advanced soccer techniques while also introducing basic soccer rules and terms. In this program, players will develop skills such as dribbling, ball manipulation, attacking moves, passing, controlling the ball, shooting, and more. Each session incorporates speed and agility training through small group practices, culminating in a small-sided soccer game where players can apply their skills in a game situation and develop positional play. Our goal is to foster confidence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in technique, ensuring that every player leaves with both new skills and a stronger foundation in the game.
Division D (Ages 14-18)
This program is for all skill level players. This class will focus on speed and agility training incorporating soccer skills. Players will work on dribbling, passing, turning, and shooting through small group practices. Each session ends with a small, sided soccer game to put learned skills into the game situation and develop positional play. This curriculum will focus on fitness and soccer technique skills.
Private 1 on 1
Private sessions are available for all skills levels. This curriculum will focus on the individual needs of each player. The sessions will be tailored to improve and develop areas of weakness. Training will focus in fine tuning skills in order to get to the next level. Our trainer will work on developing a plan in establishing goals for each player individually such as making a club team, preparing for college ball, or the goal of becoming a professional athlete. This program is perfect for any player looking to improve their game to the next level.
What equipment is needed: Shin guards, soccer cleats are recommended (tennis shoes are okay) We supply everything else.
